Cleveland High School & S.T.E.P Workforce Readiness Initiative
This pilot program provides Cleveland High School juniors and seniors with hands-on exposure to construction technology and life skills coaching. Students will complete OSHA-10 training and earn an Introduction to Construction Technology Essentials certification, gaining early access to the future of skilled trades and entrepreneurship.
